Gone With the Wind

Yesterday, the movie from 1939, “Gone With the Wind” was playing at the local theater. Barb was going to go with a friend of hers, but the friend got sick and so rather than make her go by herself, I went with her. It was four hours long. I was pretty tired by the end, but we got cokes and popcorn and it was pretty nice. It’s a good movie even if it is very long.

Today, continued working on Elton John (up to over 6000 word now which is about 40% of the way. Hope to be done by the end of next week. Also helped Dennis send in one more iteration of his book. Hope we get it right this time. It’s the third time we’ve done this, so third time is the charm, they say. I hope they’re right.

Took Barb to Elder Quest. She has a class on personal histories and one on the Dead Sea Scrolls and one on the Book of Revelation and one on Socrates, the philosopher. I also went over and had lunch with her. So, all in all, it was a pretty productive day.

I’ve decided my life isn’t interesting enough to write every day. I will write when something happens. Just saying the same thing happened today don’t help anyone. So, if I have nothing to say, I won’t write.

So, done for today…..
